Reparations is what Reagan did for the Japanese-Americans held in concentration camps during WWII. Reparations is payment of money.

If you're opposed to tax breaks for the disadvantaged, fine. But that's all Keyes was talking about, as a REPLACEMENT for the current welfare state. Remember, the Great Society programs are a form of reparations, and replacing those with a tax break is a more conservative approach.

But you're free to go ahead and support the affirmative action supporter, Fred Thompson, or whoever you find more pure.

I’m voting for Duncan Hunter. You realize that in order to make up for the lost income we’d have to increase taxes on the rest of us (so basically I’d be paying taxes for Blacks) to keep it revenue neutral. So yes that is reparations whether you care to admit it or not.

Japanese Americans were NOT “held in concentration camps during WWII......please use the correct term....they ended the war with their LIVES, not fried in ovens.....
