Not much hope on this one. Let’s look at the facts and what it would require in terms of scalability. Iceland had a 2007 estimated population of 301,931. California had a 2006 estimated population of 36,457,549. By my ciphering, CA has about 121 times the population of Iceland. Bottom line, I’m not impressed by the experiences of a small country with the population of a medium-small US city. Too much like apples and oranges.
