I have seen the video and NONE of the physical handling by the officers rises to the level of abuse. The kid had an undiagnosed case of sickle cell anemia and died from complications arising from it. Any strenuous activity, whether from boot camp or midnight basketball could have killed him.
The DA tried to blame the suffocated by the ammonia packet but didn't... strike that.... COULDN'T provide any medical evidence in support it..
