This is exactly why the beloved Elliot Spitzer of NY has issued a decree granting drivers licenses to illegals. If they have licenses they will buy insurance, stop drinking and there will be no accidents. What could make more sense than that. Yet the “rabid right”, as Spitzer calls them, object. Unbelievable.

If you can round ‘em to give them drivers licenses, why not just deport them instead. Seems like a better answer to me.
