In her book, the Color of Crime, University of Florida professor Katheryn Russell-Brown, found that blacks perpetrate one in six racial hoaxes. I'm willing to bet that this is only those can be substantiated. Except for the Jena6 case, the last dozen or so racial incidents of this sort that I've heard of have ALL been hoaxes.
