And, somehow, God has all the little children factored into things. But Scripture does say WOE TO THOSE who have breast feading children when it comes time for Israel to flee. And that they should pray that their flight not be on the Sabbath etc.

But I think praying the 91st Psalm is comfort and a spiritual and practical power when prayed in faith—regardless of the looming circumstances.
