That's a lie. He never said she was an acceptable justice. The point Giuliani was making, which is distorted by those afflicted with Rudy Derangement Syndrome, was why should Alito and Roberts jump through hoops in a confirmation process when they are at least equally intelligent and posessed at least the same legal experience that Ginsberg has when she breezed through.
