SAVAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hes live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yea!
Thank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much for starting the thread today........
Savage is really interpreting things wrong on this Ann Coulter - Christianity discussion.
Savage and Coulter both like making wildly exaggerated pronouncements, just to get a rise out of their audiences. I think they both get carried away by their own massive egos. Ann has made some really stupid remarks, all of which I’ve forgiven, mostly because I agreed with what she said, if not the way she said it. But it’s remarks like her latest one that make me glad I left my religion decades ago. If she’s an example of a Christian, I don’t want any part of it.
Michael Weiner, aka Michael Savage, is cluelessly off base in suggesting that views like those recently expressed by Ann Coulter could lead to anti-Semitic pogroms. That is an ignorant anti-Christian smear. If that were so, it would have happened aready, because Miss Coulter accurately expressed the traditional and still predominate Christian view on the matter of conversion to Christianity. That is certainly the view of my church (Roman Catholic). If non-Christians do not wish to convert, that is absolutely fine. No one is out to coerce anyone, in any way, to do anything which they do not want to do. It would be anti-Christian to do so. But what point would there be in belonging to a religion if one does not believe that it is the truth, and therefore, potentially of great benefit to anyone and everyone? Savage sounds like a bigger boob than usual tonight. Coulter’s interviewer (Donnie Deutch?)is another idiot for comparing Coulter’s views to those of Ahmadinajad(sp?). Coulter expressed the mere aspiration that the whole world (and not just Jews) convert to Christianity. She isn’t even doing a damn thing to bring that about. Ahmadinajad(sp?) is the president of a country which is actively seeking nuclear weapons, which he would love to use against Israel. I think there’s a bit of a difference there.
