You cannot count on my vote for Fred Thompson.
The man is not only lazy, he is out of touch.
So he’s for federalism. So he has his “first principles” talking points down.
I wouldn’t trust him to run the corner drugstore.

I’ll have to second that. I’ve been trying to follow his interviews and speeches but, I’ve found him lackluster and tedious. From the way he has to clear his throat every few seconds, he need to stay away from those cigars. What exactly is his medical condition?
But, are you sure there isn’t any way you can be convinced otherwise? If you were to change your opinion of Fred, you wouldn’t have to apologize for it anymore. Wouldn’t that be worth it?
