I bet if this gets before a jury, most of them will take one look at her and have no question at all why she was bounced. She'll have a hell of a time trying to show malice on the part of the restaurant staff or that they were unreasonable in their decision. What if she really HAD been a man and they watched him go into the women's room, did nothing, and someone got raped/flashed/whatever?
