Clinton and Gore proposed a carbon tax when they first took office. Guess they are going the route - that if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.

The reason being simply is this: The left, inconjunction with the right - who also like controlling various portions of the US budget, have opted to follow the leaderless left and rob the American people of a hard earned income - and since the SS fund is now bereft of everything except moths (so LBJ could pay for Vietnam and the Great Society simultaneously). Now our wonderful and gracious congress under the license of the great traitors Clinton and Carbon Man, want to rob even more of the hard earned American dollar under the guise (guile) of supporting stupidity.
