Fred owned this debate on persona and gravitas. Fred started a little shaky, but once he relaxed he did much better.
But to say he owned it...I understand you support him, but that's a bit of an exaggeration.
But he's your guy,so I understand your relief at him not screwing up. 8^)

Lol, I am not sure what debate you were watching but I certainly didn’t see that. Thompson’s answers were ok but untill he got to the jokes at the end he had zero personality and spoke in a boring and almost monotone manner. He also stumbled a lot in answering his questions.
