UNDATED -- The Paul McCartney-Stevie Wonder hit "Ebony and Ivory" tops a new list of the worst duets.
BBC Radio Six conducted the poll, seeking listeners' views on the collaborations they like the most -- and least. The 1982 tune is one of two tracks the former Beatle has in the top 10 worst list. "The Girl Is Mine," his duet with Michael Jackson, has the No. 6 spot. Elton John and David Bowie also have two collaborations on the worst list.
Elton's "Live 8" performance of "Children of the Revolution" with British rocker Pete Doherty is coming in at No. 7, while his version of "Don't Let the Sun Go Down On Me" with George Michael takes the No. 9 spot.

is like the haystack needle...
Cuz where he lives, they don’t use colored people...
City came out during my first year subbing in San Francisco schools and the kids really related to that song.
Its so funny because that was SOOOOOO long ago.The students then were bumping Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes,Marvin Gaye,The Spinners,The O’Jays, etc. Now its nothing but hyphy style rap with monotonous beats and absurd lyrics.
Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks (Leather and Lace), Dionne Warwick and the Spinners (Then Came You)...
but you are right... most are worst!
Mmmmmm, loved that one!
Almost everything McCartney has done since the Beatles split up has been crap, IMHO.
Summers and Streisand... Enough is Enough (No More Tears)
Streisand and Don Johnson... Till I Loved You
Rick James and Eddie Murphy... My Girl Wants to Party all the Time
Some of the earlier (1975 and earlier) Wings stuff is okay, IMO.
i also liked Rick James and Tina Marie’s Fire and Desire...
i thinks so, too... if anything, they are fun to sing...
Yeah, you get the idea. :)

ROFL
Howzabout Paul and Paula “Hey Paula”
Sinéad O’Connor & The Chieftains - “Foggy Dew”
Kirsty MacColl & The Pogues - “Fairytale Of New York”
I detect an Irish bias here on the part of the judges.
Muscrat Love gets my vote. Sheesh!
I’m shocked that Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow “I putcher pitcher a-whaaay” isn’t included in the Worst 10.
Under Pressure belongs on the Worst list, not the Best list...such an annoying song, IMO
I saw Denny Laine, Wings' co-founder and guitar player, in a tiny club in Vienna, VA a couple of months ago. There were 25 people there max. He had a great sense of humor, played a wicked guitar and played a bunch of stuff from Band on the Run. He also made a bunch of sarcastic remarks about Sir Paul (suffice it to say that Denny's not a fan), which I really enjoyed.
Gladys Night & the Chi-lights vs Fitty cent & Lil Scrappy. How far we've come.
Its a real shame because I always tell the teenagers that
“thoughts are things”and if you admire Li’l Wayne or Mac Dre then its a pretty sure thing that you will translate that type of thinking into behavior that affects your everyday life.
Of course,Mac Dre is dead(his best career move)and Li’l Wayne will most likely follow him into Tupac Heaven if the latest interview I read with him is accurate.
