At the end of September Bush hosted a little noticed luncheon for the Washington chapter of the Freepers. It was a Freeper who "broke" the pack of lies and trumped up innuendo this weekend that has formed the basis of the hate mob's excuse to attack a severely injured child, his brain damaged sister and his hard-working parents in order to defend Bush's indefensible veto of a program that serves needy children. Coincidence? Somehow, I think not.

Thanks for your logical and unemotional assessment of the SCHIP story. As a tax payer I appreciate your efforts to expose the truth...I’m glad you’re on my side. ;^)

As for The Impolitic article, all I read was emotion and no facts, obvious liberal.
