How do you know that Rudy would not put in the "THE' judge that ends up getting the deciding vote on Abortion....to your liking? Are you willing to take that chance?

With his comments on what makes a good judge during the Roberts hearings, it is more likely that he would revert to form and nominate a Ginsberg or someone like Souter that will present one face and vote another. Too much of his life has been spent opposed to Conservative Social values. I cannot picture him going out of the way to actually fight for them if he were to win.
