microbreweries in the US- you are correct, there are some good home-made beers.
Two beers that I liked that are seasonal beers are Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat and Abita beer in Abita Springs makes a GREAT strawberry lager, only made during the strawberry fest in la.
Raise a glass to real beer wherever it may be.

How about a real Bud from Česke Budějovice (Budweis), Czech Republic?
Yuk + yuk = puke. What a formula for success.
BTW, nice anti-family marketing, Miller Brewing, with your sponsorship in SF last week.
Yep, them's good drinking! I learned about Black and tan in upstate NY.
Make mine an Oatmeal Stout! (Oatmeal Stout... it's not just for breakfast anymore!)
On the left: Samuel Smith oatmeal stout; on the right, Breckinridge Brewery oatmeal stout.
Perfect.
>> Of those four beers, Guiness has by far the lowest alchohol by volume.
I think that depends on WHICH Guiness you’re talking about. One listing I saw shows two Guinness brews, one 4% and the other 7.5%.
But hey, I don’t drink beer for the alcohol. Only for the taste.
;-)
Never had the brians belly will try it and check out website, thanks.
Yes, the Oatmeal Stout is a good one as well.
Is Miller still coming out with “ShirtLifter Light”?
Beer isn't all about alcohol, its about flavor, and Coors and Miller taste of "Aluminum Can"
.
Now there’s a rolling-on-floor-laughing if I’ve ever seen one!

Brian’s Belly is the reviewer, from whom I shamelessly lifted the picture.
Here’s the Breckinridge website: http://www.breckenridgebrewery.com/beer/oatmealstout.html
Here in Texas, our local HEB grocery carries it.
MillerCoors? I don’t like it, either. (And the small kangaroo in my pouch says, “Me, neither.”) How ‘bout Ciller, with a hard c, pronounced “killer”, or else Moors, with ‘Slammy cavalry invading Spain figuring in the ad campaign. And I’ll drink just about any malt beverage, but prefer, in order of ascending price, Koch’s Golden Anniversary, Dundee’s India Pale Ale, Foster’s Bitter, and Harpoon IPA
I know. There is so much good beer being made now. Just in our little town it would take me months to try the ones being make in small batches right here.
Brians Belly is the reviewer. Haha, silly me.
The nearest HEB from Dallas is in Austin. Will check out the other site. Thanks again.
Those all suck
All they’ll have to do is add a shot of 3-in-1 oil to the Coors and they’ll have Miller’s.
