No, Dungeon Master (cool name) the war of militant Islam is directed against Judeo-Christianity. In other words, the USA and Israel first and foremost, nations whom still (kinda) proclaim YHWH and/or Jesus Christ. It is also against Europe and other Western nations whom has populations whom also still believe. The works of Judeo-Christianity are faith, love, kindness, justice, truth, freedom & patience.

WOW, if that is what Jveritas ment I totally misunderstood the sentence. {dumb me emoticon} I thought it to mean that it is against Christian beliefs for Christians to ever be in favor of any war.

Regarding that whole other interpretation, then yes I agree with you quant5, that is exactly what they oppose.

I think that wars for self defense are totally allowed in Christianity as in the case of the war we are fighting now because we are fighting for our freedom, our way of life, and our lives and those of many generations to come against an islamic evil terrorist enemy who wants to annihilate us.

My whole issue with the article is what President Bush said that he believes that we all worship the same God. I disagree with the President on this. The mulsim allah is not our Christian God it is a simple as that. However the President of the United States cannot say this publicly when asked the question even if he believes in his heart that this is the case. It will create a lot of problems for us with "muslim allies" who are helping us to achieve victory in this war on terror, and victory is at hand in the most important theater in this war which is Iraq. Victory is also at hand in the second most important theater which is Afghanistan.

It was what he meant. I always respected Jervatis posts and comments. A true Patriot whom is fired up and frustrated the nation doesn’t fully support our life and death struggle. And you know what? I am too. But in the end as in all things, righteousness shall prevail. I am probably most frustrated at the pain we as Americans could all avoid if we fully united to defeat this enemy and hold the proxies and puppet masters (Russia and China) fully accountable. Proxy war used to be an immoral way to test ideologies and new weapon system technologies. Now it’s become a deadly game with nuclear proliferation to the most irresponsable countries on earth. That is what the population doesn’t understand.
