I believe in the right to life, but not at the expense of the greater good.

I believe that about sums up many in the Republican party - human life trumped by the "greater good".  What is that greater good?  Low taxes?  Cutting spending?  Stopping the growth of government?  Pulling out of the United Nations?

the greater good is keeping any of the known running Democrats out of office. They and their positions are the antithesis of every thing good for us as a nation, IMHO.

Stopping the growth of government WOULD result in lower taxes, cutting spending, and probably the dumping of the U.N. — and it would also result in fewer abortions and lower social acceptance (let alone tax-funded!) of them. Use your head instead of your gut in assessing the true “greater good.”
