You know, I actually agree with him on the science but still find him a patronizing, condescending nitwit. I downloaded his latest book, The God Delusion, from Audible and was ready to throw my Ipod at the wall after listening to a few chapters (he and his wife are the readers). Just listening to his insufferable sense of his own unassailable superiority, which comes through every page of the book, would turn any atheist into a Creationist.

I agree with him that the scientific evidence supporting evolution by natural selection is overwhelming. I certainly don't agree with him about the substance of this article. The article just reinforces my view that Dawkins is an obnoxious jerk. As for the professorship endowed by the Microsoft guy, well, my only response is to say that I'm glad I'm a Machead :-)
