....can’t find any such diagnosis in DSM?

I'd be amazed if you could, since the DSM is the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

But aside from that, are you claiming that there's no such thing as a heart attack? Or are you just complaining that they didn't use the more technical term "myocardial infarction"?

Arrhythmia Treatment
An arrhythmia (ah-RITH-me-ah) is a problem with the speed or rhythm of the heartbeat. During an arrhythmia, the heart can beat too fast, too slow, or with an irregular rhythm.

Most arrhythmias are harmless, but some can be serious or even life threatening. When the heart rate is abnormal, the heart may not be able to pump enough blood to the body. Lack of blood flow can damage the brain, heart, and other organs.

Arrhythmias are usually treated with medicine first. If medicines don’t work well enough, you may need surgery. For example, your doctor may use surgery to give you a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD).

You know that a heart attack is the lay term used for a myocardial infraction. Does that make you feel better that you know a term that some people may not be aware of?
If a person enters an ER and says he is having a heart attack the hospital staff isn’t going to spend time correcting him. In fact when doctors speak to patients about heart health they usually use the term heart attack so that the patient will know what health issue is being addressed.
Since you are obviously well versed in cardiac medicine you should be aware of the diagnosis you seek.

The only Turkey in this is you. You for taking the focus off the actual point. Not that I think you're too stupid to get it... No... I actually know that you get it... you're trying to MANIPULATE the debate to some inane medical mumbo jumbo because you do not want us discussing the real problem...

The Corruption of the agents of Law enforcement and the Brutality of the growing Police State in Fascist America!!!
