Off topic, but wasn't there another thread about the same thing happening earlier this week but a dog got shot?
There was an incident in KC last year, where a woman was stopped (and later charged on a felony) for speeding. She said she was in labor and rushing to the hospital. An old warrant was found and the woman taken in and jailed. One of the arresting officers, a woman cop, told the woman to quit faking it (words to that affect.) The woman later delivered a baby in her cell.
