The Almighty is very capable of bad design. Look at the knee for instance. If ever there was a bad design, it is our knee which is forever having its ligaments broken and torn. And the trachea is not a great design. There ought to be a trap door so when you choke on your food, it can be expelled right in the neck. And our metabolic processes have a bunch of kinks.
Sinuses.
S curved spine.
Running all the utilities on the front of the retina.
Impacted wisdom teeth.
Prostate that encloses the urethra, so when it swells the old guy ends up dying of a ruptured bladder.
Painful childbirth.
Kidneys that drain half way up the side so small stones can't escape and therefore become big stones.
