In her Fox News Sunday interview, Pelosi also said she prays for Bush “all the time.”
“And I pray especially hard that he would sign the children’s health bill because it’s so important for America’s children.”

But she added that while growing up in politics, she learned not to pray “for a political outcome.”

“We just pray that God’s will will be done. We pray for the children, we pray for poor people, we pray for people who need help,” she said. “And we always, always, always pray for our men and women in uniform who make our freedom to pray possible.”

I think I’m going to BARF!

You're on to something with your discussion of the Democrat demand that Bush "end the war". That phrase analyzed tells you everything you need to know about the flaws in the Democrat thinking (if you can call it thinking).

The sainted 9/11 Commission wrote that they were at war with us, but we weren't at war with them. Bush didn't start the war, the US was attacked again and again and again and Bush can't end the war.

The ending of the war is only in the hands of the Islamo-fascists and they see no need to end the war. Let's say Bush waves his magic wand and withdraws Americans from Iraq, Afghanistan, the Gulf, Diego Garcia and everywhere. Democrats say that this action will end the war. It would, if the US was the cause of the war, the aggressor in the war and in control of the war. But the US is none of those things and the war would not end, it would be a huge victory for the Jihadists, who would massively gain power all through the Muslim world. They would use that power to do what Jihado-fascist do, they would murder on an even greater scale.

This end the war talk proves why the Democrats can NOT be trusted with power.

Congress ended the Viet Nam war...they defunded it...and then it was over.

It was? Tell that to the millions of South Vietnamese who had to flee their homeland, were sent to re-education camps, or were killed.

Hey Nancy...read the Constitution...Congress can end the war by cutting off the funds ...it’s called check and balance. However you have neither the votes nor the courage to do so because it would forever saddle you and your party with the consequences of bugging out of Iraq.

Why are the dims in such a hurry to see the deaths of hundreds of thousands, or perhaps millions, of Iraqi civilians when our troops are “FORCED” by congress to leave before the mission is complete.

‘Voters, she told Fox News Sunday, “want it to end and they had expectations that Congress could end it.”

But, she added, “You know we can’t without a presidential signature.””

How do you end a war that was begun, and prosecuted, by Islamofacists for two decades before we began to fight back, and before they also agree to end said ‘war’?

This sort of commentary from liberals like Pelosi is at the heart of the notion they are completely and totally insane.

So Pelosi wants to give up when victory is near. Just another typical day in Congress...
