As I stated Adam could have chosen but not (”what if”); the Point: He didn’t!

Also you kind of jump the issue when you state Jesus Cheated.

He was tempted just as Adam, but being perfect (and God) NEVER sinned.

Adam, however though he was made perfect, but not as God (remember Jesus came from the seed of Adam, and after he, of course), He chose to sin becuase of his desire, and lack of faith in God.

You and I would have done the same thing in that situation.

It wasn’t set up, but let say adam had “resisted the forbidden fruit”, you think he would have resisted that same temptation FOREVER??

Uneven that God was God, and would not sin..That’s love that He cared enough to come down to save us, not some kind of “unfairness”.

So Adam was incapable of not sinning, and Jesus was incapable of sinning?

In that case, what was the point of tempting them?

Christ’s withstanding temptation, and for that matter Adam’s giving in to it, is only meaningful if each of them had the potential to make the other choice.
