I have to admit, I’m very surprised there’s still states out there that don’t require a psych eval.

I’m totally shocked that this screening in not done in all states...
I guess they thought they were savin’ money...

Bingo! NO levy’s come to mind. It’s an expensive test, along with the drug test, which is why they are saved for last, usually. For a city to completely leave out the requirement IMO is akin to the saying, ‘stepping on dollars to pick up pennies’. A City Attorney worth his salt would have advised and should advise that you pay up front, minimally, or you gamble on a multi-million dollar lawsuit...which you most likely will lose.

Nuts...I’m shocked as well.
