Theres some bad apples out there
Yep, badges don’t automatically instill honor and the people behind them don’t always try to live up to the office.
The next county over here in north GA, a deputy shot up the house of a guy who was dating his ex-wife. The sheriff was eventually arrested too as he tried to help cover it up from the state police investigation.
But then, that’s the nature of news. Being good isn’t newsworthys so we never really hear about the great cops out there.

Maybe that's because the aren't tasing little women, pepper spraying little fifteen year old girls, making pregnant women lay on the ground, are shooting kids, are little old ladies, selling dope, molesting high school girls, etc, etc. and such, no reason to talk about the 10% minority.

I read a quote the other day:”It isn’t the title that makes a man noble, it’s the man that makes the title noble”.
Said sheriff is a Republican in a dhimm county-they’ve been “gunning” for him since the day he was elected. There’s a lot more to the story than most people know.
My parents live there and my Grandmother(may God rest her soul)was one of the few Republicans there. I’m so glad she infused me with her values as I grew up.
