We are a nation of laws. Apparently we entered into an agreement at one point that would require us to notifiy foreigners of their right to contact their consulate.

Please read the link at post #17. Why should this one murdering rapist be singled out for special consideration by the President of the United States? Hell Bush isn’t even siding with the American murdering rapists. These girls families deserve justice and Bush needs to stay the hell out of it.
