It’s not clear whether the court will dismiss the lawsuit as unfounded - which is what happens to many such cases - or allow it to proceed.

From the above it kind of sounds like some have tried this ruse before which does not surprise me at all.

He also showed how stupid he is since he never complained when it was served. If he had doubts he should refused it. I see nothing that states he was forced to eat it.

This is what aggravates me...an attorney took this case.He wouldn't have to worry about the pork products and he'd break the law just once.
