DeLay left out of honor the way the Republicans set up there platform as not to give the appearance of wrong doing if one of them were suspected of something.

Ronnie Earl knew about that policy and was the one instrumental in forcing the issue!

It was my understanding that you can’t hold leadership positions when indicted. He could stay a congressman until convicted( aka Jefferson from La.), but can’t be on committees, or be in the House leadership. I could be wrong but that’s what I think. He quit the House because it’s no fun to not be in the leadership and he just brings lightning down on Republicans until this thing is solved.
