On NBC/MSNBC, Matthews is going to do the debates for the primaries, perhaps with help from Russert on the moderator panel and with Obertroll leading the talking heads panel.
For the general election debates, expect to see Russert as moderator and Matthews leading the talking heads panel.

From my understanding Russert was at the event where Matthews called the Bush Administration a criminal enterprise.
