Nice try tinkerbell. I don't cry for scumbags that have been proven to be scumbags. What I do cry for are the days when the simple language, "Innocent until PROVEN GUILTY in court of law" existed. It is people of your stripe that has dumped due process and given the radical liberal judges all the ammo they need to throw real criminals back out onto the street. It is people of your stripe that gave Dan Rather all the nudging he needed to forge documents in an attempt to slander and destroy George W. Bush.

But you know what really gets me? Your ilk is so blinded by your own lust to jump to conclusions that you fail to see what our basic freedoms are.

Do we know for sure he really killed himself?

I know someone who lost a daughter in a terrible way to a real scum bag. That scum bag ended up committing suicide in a way that was quite unlikely. (He probably was killed by a fellow prisoner.)

Remember all those folks from the Clinton era, they supposedly committed suicide too.

Anyone with active synapses realizes that if they commit suicide in a jail cell, it will be presumed it was because they couldn't face justice. Think a freakin' Federal prosecutor wouldn't know a little something about that?

Dan Rather says he was just an innocent talking head news-reading drone who had that story plunked in front of him. And he insists that nobody has proved the memo was fake. And he knows that the story was true even if the documents are fake!

Dan Rather has not been accused of forging any documents, and he has not been accused of slander. How dare you convict him in your own mind without a trial. Why is Atchison "Innocent until PROVEN GUILTY in a court of law" and Dan Rather not, you hypocrite?!
