Gallagher Interviews the Vet Who Cut Down the Mexican Flag

This is why I get frustrated with people who say they will sit out an election before they will vote for some one who does not mirror their beliefs.

...and at the same time, I get frustrated with those who vote in candidates who will slowly destroy the Constitution and this great Republic.

Oh, the everlasting dilemma. :-(

Besides, note the names on the opinion... Brennan, Marshall, Blackmun, Scalia, and Kennedy. The problem isn't always in the judiciary...it's often the way the legislation is written. We don't have high-quality legislators or staffs who have the depth of understanding of the implications of what they write.
