I cannot believe you are getting hate mail over this. I agree 100% with your points. Whole lotta judgment goin on here. Regardless of the reasons, Bo’s gone, and the City council played a part. Probably a ton of other issues as well. How many others are going to lose their jobs at the barber shop? Did Bo have a wife and kids?

C'mon Judith lighten up. What's the point of condolence on a web forum vs. analysis of actions and responsibility? What's our connection to this story? We'd really have to have some nexus for personal condolence in this case.

Putting condolences on an internet board without any connection to the principles is like blowing kisses in the wind. OTOH analyzing what happened and discussing errors in judgement and actions would be a better use of our time and may help mitigate such tragedies in the future.
