Oh,,I have been looking at that reader and they won’t let me try it out in the store.

Did it feel like reading a book? I want one so I don’t have to drag books when I travel.

Well the screen is about the size of a paperback novel maybe slightly smaller. The contrast is okay - sort of like black type on recycled paper (the white isn't 'bright' white). His font (which I'm sure you can alter) looked like a standard paperback novel font. Battery life is terrific - something like 7500 page turns (no power consumed when you're reading a page). There is no backlight so like a book, you must read it with ambient light.

As far as formats go - it will display any text and there is enough free content on Gutenberg (17000+ titles) to last you forever.

All-in-all pretty good. I was impressed and will probably buy one but not until they are down to $150 or so. Not enough value above that price.
