Rudy is weak, very weak, on WOT. I don’t know where the myth that he is strong on WOT originated but it isn’t true. "I was mayor on 9/11" is no different from "I served in Vietnam." The reality is that Rooty Toot did NOTHING in seven and a half years as mayor to develop an evacuation plan for a known terrorist target with the knowledge that evacuation would be critical.
Maybe someone should ask the Rooty Rooters why Admiral Husband E. Kimmel was never nominated for anything.
