He’s degenerated into full fledged pander mode... Watching the disintegration of his campaign has been amazing.
This is nothing new.
We saw the same thing when Romney ran against Ted Kennedy for the Senate in 1994. Mitt came out like gangbusters, a genuine conservative challenger to the liberal Kennedy. Mitt was actually leading in the polls for a while at the beginning. But as the campaign wore on, Mitt ran scared from the liberal Boston press and grew softer and softer until in the final debate he was virtually agreeing with everything Kennedy said!
It was disgraceful. Naturally, the softer Romney got the quicker his lead disintegrated and he was ultimately buried by Kennedy in a landslide, 58% - 41%.
The real Romney is showing his face, and it's a face we've seen before.
The man is NOT "Presidential timber".
