Hey, it's only getting to the 70's here during the day, and upper 30's the past few nights. They tell me we'll get 3-4 feet of snow this winter, so this ain't Kansas any more, for sure.

It is definitely quieter here than there, only 3 booms so far that I've heard (in 5 nights of being here). But the suckers are sneaky, too, so I'm watching my six.

It's quite strange...it has gotten much, much quieter over the last seven or eight weeks. Here it is Ramadan...and we only hear one or two BOOMS a week, if that. Right in the middle of town.

Dare I say this place is starting to settle down?
