Sad but not unexpected in this ignorant and spoiled internet generation.
The really ironic thing is, is how much access to information about WWII this generation has. The internet, several cable channels that run probably close to 50% WWII content, as well as some of the most popular video games are WWII games. Then there are movies and mini-series - some of the most popular in the past 10 years are WWII oriented.
