Ok, bad choice of words there. Back to the other bannings, the Alabama Sex Toy Bannings.

Stupid, IMHO, but if that's what Alabama wants, then thats what Alabama gets. It's not under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, so they were right to deny it a hearing.

BTW, is Alabama banning these too?
