Duncan Hunter, Tom Tancredo, Mike Huckabee, and Alan Keyes were also not invited.
Hunter, Tancredo and Keyes are certainly not anti-Israel.

Personally I don't mind a more limited field of participants, I'd like to get away from soundbites, but that does require standards and of course criticism.

Unfair, or just realistic? I have more of a shot at getting the GOP nomination than any of the “candidates” who is being excluded.
Personally, I’d rather hear more in-depth and extended answers from people who might actually be the GOP nominee than a bunch of pandering soundbytes from a few legitimate contenders and a lot of never-gonna-bes.
