——Mr. Clinton was governor of Arkansas when the Canadian blood supply
was contaminated in the early and mid-1980s. He was familiar with the
operations of the now-defunct HMA, the Arkansas firm given a contract by
Mr. Clinton’s state administration to provide medical care to prisoners. In
the process, HMA was also permitted by the state to collect prisoners’
blood and sell it elsewhere. -—

Wonder if Mr. Clinton will go to jail for this?

Clinton's surgeon general, the laughable Jocelyn Elders, was Arkansas Governor Clinton's Director of Public Health for Arkansas at the time of this international AIDS-tainted prison blood scandal.

I believe there was also some family kickback connection to it as well. It is thought that by making her surgeon general it would also give her cover and provide for a measure of immunity from investigation, as well as an ability to be in a position to influence the investigation.

Pure evil.

Let's make sure Hillary isn't given a chance to provide this low-life yet more cover -- if you know what I mean....

Wasn’t the American Red Cross involved in this too? Remember, Elizabeth Dole headed the organization in the nineties. Perhaps neither party would benefit from close attention in this case.
