Despite the plaintive wailing by some on FR, and despite my personal disdain for surrender monkeys, you are right. Ron Paul has struck a nerve with 5 different groups who have been ignored, laughed at, stepped on and urinated on by both the GOP and the DNC.
One of those groups are fiscal conservatives like myself who are tired of seeing "Republicans" co-opt Big Gubmint and spend like drunken sailors on shore leave.
