She did that cackling thing in several different venues the other day. Apparently one of her handlers thought it would make her look like she had a sense of humor. It backfired big time, and she looked deranged.
I saw the clips from her cackling in the interview with Chris Wallace. He didn’t ask her anything that would have required a laughing humorous response, he was seriously asking his questions. She is deranged.
