Sure. ...But why aren't you upset about the events that occured previously while you were en loco parentis? They were firmly in your custody and under your supervision at the time. It is rather excessive to charge YOU with statutory rape, but you had a part to play in the events by your negligence...and your one-sided outrage suggests condoning.
