No doubt. The story talks about the kid being “beaten” in front of the school. If all dad got was a misdemeanor simple assault charge, he held back a lot better than I would.
I think the take on this is disengenous!
If we lived in a society of yesterday I would agree with some of this.
But today it is two that tanglo not one sided.
The Girl I am sure knew about this stuff for a few years she is not one of the innocent kids from the 50’s-60’s from way back when!
All 3 should be punished.
even if it is on the books statutory rape is ridiculous!
I think the father could have taught his child a better way to understand instead of using fear.
People have to have the desire to be good!
