Awwwwwwwwwww the poor babies. Thompson 'angers' the mythical 'Hispanic'. Where's my violin, I'll play them a song.

Oh well I can only find my guitars (I'm tripping over the dang things) - so screw em.

'Series' the 14th Amendment doesn't apply to them and the ones NOT in a prison or a gang, i.e.: who have skoolin, know it.

  1. The big meme is that they only come here to work and quote 'temporarily'. Ergo they have no intention of becoming Americans and as such are NOT "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States. They are Mexican Nationals (or where ever).
  2. This "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States also arises in every felony involving a Foreign (Mexican) National, legal or illegal. They have the 'right' by (cough) International Law to consult with their Embassy and/or nearest Consulate as to their 'legal rights'. Now if they were 'subject to US jurisdiction' this wouldn't be applicable, now would it.
  3. Then we have this mierda del toro that allow 'Mexican Nationals', legal and/or illegal to vote in Mexican Elections from USA soil. Now whose jurisdiction are they subject to if they're voting in MEXICAN ELECTIONS. It sure the hell isn't the United States.
  4. Last but not least we have the Congressional Records as to the INTENT of the 14th Amendment and to whom it was to apply - it dam sure wasn't illegal aliens.
Regardless of how the 14th has been twisted and perverted until now is irrelevant. Heck, for the last 60 years congress has twisted the Commerce Clause until the 'Rehnquist Court' finally stepped and said 'stop it' and overturned a few illegal laws (hi Di-Fi).

Congress (The House) can fix this mess by simple legislation. The shame is it was tried by a GOP congressman when we had the majority (can't recall his name) but it was buried, killed, axed, deep sixed, by the powers that be in the GOP (hi Karl Rove ya rotten ***tard).

So ... GO FRED!
Tell these 'angered hispanics' to go p___ up a rope.

You make excellent argument against birthright citizenship. Every day the Mexican consulates are liaising with their illegal aliens ion the United States. They are also handing out Matricula Consular ID cards which further prove that these slimy consular offices treat illegal and legal Mexicans as though they are under Mexican jurisdiction. At the very least the consulates are behaving as if illegal Mexicans are under US jurisdiction and Mexican jurisdiction. A shared nationality

Mexican consulates also are lining up lawyers and paying for them in certain cases with illegal alien Mexicans
