Lazer JDAMs gives the option of using either laser or GPS on the target. Ground conditions dictate which to use.

Thanks, learned something new. I’ve been away from the guys who build those sorts of things for around 10 years now, I guess I’ve gotten behind. Never been involved in air to mud munitions myself, air to air and keeping aircraft from becoming one with the mud have been my thing.
