I went to school 7 hours a day 5 days a week,
worked 2 jobs to make enough money to go to college

Dad started working in the lumber camps at age 14, the army from 41 to 46 married my mother at age 19 while home on leave
absolutely faithful to her for 59 years,, until the day he died.
Mom, Worked on a farm with her 3 sisters and 5 brothers, went to school and was top of her class, married my father at age 18, raised 6 kids, was absolutely faithful to my dad.
I put my life and my family up against anyones.
oh no, she would be punished to.
No way this kid should be charged.

How can you be absolutely CERTAIN that your parents were faithful to each other for that 59 years they were together?
I ask that because all through my childhood I just assumed dad was always the loyal and faithful husband since he was an excellent dad to us.
Well,after dad passed,mom sort of hinted to me that just MAYBE good old dad had committed an indiscretion or two during their forty five years of marital bliss.
As an adult,that really didn’t come as too much of a shock.In balance,I certainly wouldn’t have wanted another father besides the one I had,fallible as he may have been at times.
That's a good point. I agree that the appropriate response was chastisement by the girl's father; I was just questioning the choice of venue.

Exactly the same for me at a week long church camp in Tennessee back in 1960, but in those days there was nothing more then heavy kissing, and at best maybe some light petting. Anything else was only a wet dream. Back then you were not even an adult till age 21.
In this case, both are kids under 18 so I don’t see the crime.
I know things are much different now and even prepubescent sex seems to be more and more common.
Thank God, my only daughter is 25.
I don’t know the exact age difference between these tow, but it could be as little as 13 months. From a maturity point of view I would venture to say the ages are roughly equal. I would charge the school administrators for negligent supervision under en loco parentis before I would charge the boy or the girl. The parents have some culpability here too in that until the children are adults they are the responsibility of the parents.
Did he beat his daughter too? It sounds like she was a willing partner.

19 and 18??? So your Dad was dating your Mom when he was 18 and she was 17??? I assume that they didn’t just meet the instant she turned 18 and then got married??? I’ll assume that there was a lengthy courtship??? So by modern standards and the law if your Dad even kissed your Mom before she turned 18, then guess what????? Please feel free to set the facts straight if any of my assumptions are incorrect.
Maybe he was smart enough to tend to that little trollop out of the public eye.
Damn, I’m going to get flamed for this. Too bad. And Yes, I have a grown daughter, so none of the “you don’t know what it’s like” baloney. And none of the “you must not care what she does” crapola either. I’d take a bullet for her, but by the time she was 15 she had to assume responsibility for her behavior also.
It appears the sex was consensual. They are both minors. I see this as a private matter between families, parents and children. Not a case for the legal system.
If the father is hot headed enough to storm onto school grounds (knowing the legal implications of that move) and assault a minor student (more very serious legal implications), then I would also consider it quite possible he’d also be capable of beating the crap out of his daughter.
A reasoning adult does not deal with this situation in this manner. He apparently lacks the ability to reason out potential consequences of his actions *before* he commits them. Not a good sign. What he has done here could very well destroy his life and family while doing nothing positive about the daughter’s behavior.
Perfect example of the dumbing down of the culture, brought to you by Hollywood. I'm old but I can remember when the over whelming vast percent of 15 year old girls did not hve sex.
Who are you men who think its ok to beat a boy because the slut you raised had consensual sex with him?
