Ante Pavelić was the Croatian Fuhrer (Poglavnik), leader of the genocidal Ustashe!
The use of this name tells you all you need to know about this poster!

Yeah and the fact that two Albanian terrorists were just released from the Hague (Limaj and Musliu) seems to have been left out of the story. Coming from the BBC, I'm not too surprised. It also doesn't mention the rise of neo-Ustasha organizations in Croatia. Take Marko Perković, aka "Thompson." He's a singer who stages neo-Ustasha rallies. Then there's the little soccer incident in Italy where the fans formed a swastika and made the old fascist salute. Let's not forget the Bosnians who did the same to the Israeli soccer team. Of course, when the Israeli fans reacted to what was basically a call for their extermination, they were fined.

I’m just having a little fun. It would’ve been nice to know who the “he” is in the excerpt without clicking-through.
