I suppose I could also have said "British" but perhaps the Slovaks now regard themselves as British also?

Some Slovaks are white / Caucasian, and some others are darker-skinned.....no matter which way I would have said it, I knew somebody was going to call me on it, so I followed the Daily Mail's lead.

Well, a hundred years ago or there abouts a British writer wrote that the wogs start at Calais, except I think he used a somewhat less PC term starting with the letter “N” !
